This is one of several cottages in an idealic setting within a short walk to beautiful Indian Neck Beach on Cape Cod Bay. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It is on the water at Chipman's Cove with water views and access, but not a swimming beach. There are delightful views of Wellfleet Harbor and Chipman's Cove from the deck of the cottage.

In addition to great fishing and sailing there is golf, tennis, windsurfing and much more. The Cape Cod Rail Trail provides miles of biking, stretching nearly the entire Cape.

Of course, there is always simply indulging in gallery browsing and dining in the many fine restaurants.

Imagine the view of Wellfleet Harbor and Chipman's Cove as you relax on the deck. This cottage is dog-friendly.

    Wonderful Find In Wellfleet

    This little house was terrific. Very clean and well appointed. Nice view of the backside of Wellfleet Harbor and a short walk to Indian Neck Beach. The owner was more than helpful and very nice. This was truly a good find in a nice location. I would definitely rent this property again and am looking forward to my return.

    The Pine Moorings is a great location cottage-I stayed in one of the 2(there are right next to each other) about 8 years ago-I fell in love with Indian neck area of Wellfleet-nice views of the bay on the back deck, clean and fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The only drawback was that the owners showed up with a remote for the radio unannounced (I assume for the only reason was to "meet" the renters because in the 2o+ years of renting in Wellfleet I always felt owners prepared in advance and left the renters to enjoy the vacation home) and then called mid week when there was a what they thought was an "extra" car in the driveway (we had rented for 4 people and there were three cars coming from different directions) A little Big Brotherish. If you can deal with all of the little yellow post it notes reminding you to "shut off and put away" all and any amenities, then you'll really like this place...We found Indian Neck area to be a great place to vacation. show more show less

    I have owned rental property in Wellfleet for over 40 years. My property is located in the Indian Neck section of Wellfleet and a short walk to several by area beaches. You will find the property clean and well appointed. I live nearby and am available for any questions or issues that might arise during your stay. Active in the community I am a member of the Board of the Wellfleet Chamber of Commerce, the Marina Advisory Board, the Wellfleet Scholarship Fund(we produce all of those Oyster decals), and St. James the Fisherman Episcopal Church. I look forward to speaking with you not only about my property but also about the Outer Cape and our wonderful town of Wellfleet.

    What is special about this property?
    The property is well located for walking along the bay and harbor shoreline. There is a nice view of the backside of Wellfleet Harbor. In addition Burton Baker Beach is right down the road.

    What is special about your town?
    As mentioned above the property has easy walking and driving to Indian Neck Beach. You can access Dunkin Donuts, Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater and the post Office without crossing Rt 6. Wellfleet is unique as there are five ocean beaches, several by beaches, and three fresh water ponds that are all accessible in a short distance.
    Wellfleet is between Provincetown and Orleans. The National Seashore property comprises almost two thirds of Wellfleet. There are many fine restaurants and a downtown shopping area. In addition the pier has a nice walking path and lots of marine related activity.
