This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house -- and semi-detached cottage with another 1BR and bath -- is just steps to downtown Wellfleet and a short walk to Long Pond and Mayo Bay. Renovated with an entirely new kitchen and stainless steel appliances in 2010. Hardwood floors and a back yard with ample play area for kids.

We also installed dual-split AC units in 2019, which are very helpful on the hottest summer days. We also repainted much of the interior in a light gray, which is an improvement over the yellow in the photos. We'll post updated photos soon, but everyone who has seen the new colors loves them.

The perfect combination of seclusion and convenience. We are sorry but we do not accept tenants with pets and we highly prefer weekly rentals. $250 cleaning fee on top of rental fee. Discounts available for multiple weeks!

    Memorable Week in Wellfleet

    Our extended family of nine had a memorable week's vacation at this property. The many sleeping spaces were great, as were the living room, sunroom, and well equipped, modern kitchen and dining area. The expansive deck and private yard were added features. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. The proximity to downtown Wellfleet, the ponds, and ocean beaches was wonderful. In addition, the homeowners were very pleasant and responsive to deal with. Five stars!

    We are both academics and have two children, now (in 2021) aged 12 and 10. We have been coming to Wellfleet since our oldest was born, to take advantage of the amazing natural beauty and cultural amenities. This home is our family's space, and we hope you will find it welcoming and warm as well.
