This gorgeous, 4 bedroom Cape cottage is just minutes from charming downtown Woods Hole, Nobska Beach, and the Shining Sea Bikeway was recently renovated in 2015. The updated house includes brand new bathrooms, hardwood floors, appliances, furniture, mattresses, linens, and dishware. The spacious kitchen leads into a large dining area that seats 10. Beautiful living room has all new furniture and a huge 60 inch TV with expanded cable channels, DVR, Netflix and Prime for relaxing after the beach. Central air for those humid summer days. Upgraded house includes Wi-Fi and a cable television in each room, and there are five HD TV's. Recently added is a Foos Ball table and a Ping Pong table for family fun. The house sleeps 8 - 10 comfortably and is ideal for large or multiple families.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms; bedroom 1 - full, bedroom 2 - 2 twins. Second floor has two bedrooms; bedroom 1 has two twins, bedroom 2 is large with a queen and a full with space for a crib or playpen. First floor bathroom brand new tub and shower, second floor bathroom newly renovated with shower.

This light and bright house is situated on a large property with old growth trees and a large outdoor seating area featuring a picnic table, grill, and Adirondack chairs. Ideally situated - Half mile walk to picturesque Nobska Beach - Half mile walk into charming, historic Woods Hole with great restaurants, wonderful shopping, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and several kid friendly attractions including the Woods Hole Aquarium. Half mile walk to the Shining Sea Bikeway - 10 miles of beautifully scenic Cape Cod - Half mile walk to the ferries for Martha's Vineyard - Conveniently located for the Falmouth Road Race.

    What is special about this property?
    This is my family home originally built in 1957 by my grandfather that was completely renovated in 2015.
