Enjoy exquisite sunsets over Buzzards Bay from the front porch. On acreage, yet close to town. Location is ideal. It is one block to sandy ''Stoney Beach'', perfect for kids and adults, and in 5 blocks on quiet streets, you are ''downtown'' in Woods Hole. There is minimal traffic. The entire home is pine-paneled. The kitchen has been newly remodeled. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, library, living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs, two large bedrooms and another bath. There is also a laundry room with a new washer & dryer. There is an outside shower and high-speed wireless Internet. Utilities are included.
