''The Apartment'' has 3 bedrooms and one bath. Outside you have a spacious yard with a delightful patio and a picnic table with views across to Mill Pond and over Buzzards Bay. Home has a small bedroom, living area with air conditioning, kitchen eating area, washer, dryer and a desk area downstairs. Upstairs, the master bedroom, queen bed, has skylight with views over Buzzards Bay and air conditioning. There is also a small bedroom , double bed with air conditioning. The bathroom is upstairs and the outside shower, with hot and cold H2O is just off the patio. Very special yard with nice space and views of ocean and wetlands.Close to labs, beach and Woods Hole Park.Perfect for a couple to enjoy nature. Walk two blocks to Stoney Beach. Private parking and driveway.
