A good friend told me about this listing and we are so happy that we went with her suggestion.
My family of 3 met up with my brother & his family of 3 at the home on the same day. We were all pleased that there was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed meals together watched movies together and walked the neighborhood. We walked to the beach where we relaxed, collected sea shells and just had a great time. The grocery store is only a block away, and the put put golf, with arcade, golf range & go kart racing place is next door to the grocery store. A short drive to see all the sights in the area and to some great restaurants & ice cream places! The home was cozy with big windows that can be opened for a nice cross breeze, beautiful flowers out front, lots of seating inside, it was all perfect. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at your wonderful home! The house is much bigger than the pictures appear. The bedrooms are very large with a lot of closet space. The house itself offers a great cross-breeze, especially the large living area. There are no air conditioners, which we didn't need due to the cross breeze and fans. We really enjoyed eating some of our meals on the picnic table and having coffee on the outside patio. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Joanne was very pleasant and wonderful to work with.

Since we have family in the Dennis area, we spent much of our time dining out in that area. There is a bakery around the corner which was great and mini golf was walkable along with other attractions. We also enjoyed some of the local beaches including was Smugglers Beach. Overall, a great place and great stay!!

The house makes for a great cottage stay on the Cape. Joanne was very nice to work with and quick to respond. We were a small party of 2, so we didn't need much room. The bedrooms are very large with plenty of space beyond the furniture. The living room and dining room are combined into one, plus there is an extra sitting room that was probably the original living room. The kitchen is small, but had everything we needed, however we didn't cook while we were there. It's a cottage, so no air conditioning, but we didn't find it uncomfortable. The house has a lot of shade, so that kept it cool and there were several fans that we used during the day and night.

The location is very convenient to several beaches, so we bought a 1-week parking pass and parked at the beaches. The beaches weren't very crowded, which may be a result of Covid-19 and we found the beaches easy to social distance. You can walk to DQ, liquor store, putt putt and several other places from the house. Skippers Chowder House is very good and you can order from the beach and walk over and pick it up.

It's also a short drive to Hyannis, which is where we ate dinner most nights. The owners are upgrading the internet, which did give us problems during our trip, but Joanne said it's going to be fixed by end of month. We have Comcast at home, so we were able to go outside and use the xfinity hot spots as a last resort. We also brought along our personal Roku device because most rentals don't have all the channels that we watch. We found that to be very helpful to stream Netflix and Amazon Prime shows and we would recommend that you bring your streaming device if you have one. We would recommend the house and stay here again.

We had a wonderful time on the Cape. This property is close to everything, is roomy, comfy and clean. Great place to wind down and unplug. We are already planning to be back next summer.

This home is everything you could ask for and owners are very nice. 2019 will be our fourth straight visit. We love it, grandkids love it, even the dog loves it. Would not stay anywhere else. Kids are older and driving, very comfortable with getting anywhere on the Cape from here. Just perfect for us in so many ways. Beach, shopping, activities, or just hanging out. Quiet street but close to so much. Nice home and just right for our family.

Looking for a cottage within walking or cycling distance of grocery store and activities for young children? Cycle to the Bass River beach in 10 minutes. We were comfortable at this rental and only used the cars for shopping or bigger grocery purchases. The 2 bedrooms are suites because they are big. Charming home away from home, and the small front patio was a favourite gathering spot after supper. Would recommend to anyone with 2 families (8 people). Plenty of room for the dog also!

Beautiful home and accessible to more than you could hope for. Quiet street, very clean welcoming, and comfortable. Plenty of windows, plenty of room. Two adults, four grandkids 11-19, and a dog........lots of room. Had a few visitors, everyone loved it. Owner makes everything easy. Can't wait to go back next year.

Great location! Walking distance to the beach, shopping, and fun things to do. The house is much larger than it looks from the outside. The bedrooms are huge! Lots of windows provide great ventilation.

Upon arrival, this home was clean, comfortable, and inviting. It had everything we needed to live as a family of 5 (plus a Grammy) for the week. We were a short drive to our favorite beach (Mayflower) and also spent time at Bass River and West Dennis beaches. Being able to walk to entertainment (arcade, mini-golf, and go-carts) was a nice treat as well. The best part of this home is the quiet, safe street...our girls were able to ride their bikes while we snuck in some relaxation time. We made amazing family memories during our stay here. This is our third year staying here and we love it! It is conveniently located so that you can walk or bike to nearby stores and the beach. We have friends staying with us and we all can't wait until we return. It has become an annual event! The house is roomy and comfortable. We cook on the grill, and the picnic table is great. Highly recommended!!

This house is a great place to rent . Clean, a lot of space, convenent to everything you would need for a vacaction .. I would recomend this property to anyone .. Also, great price for what you are getting...

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were four adults and a dog -- plenty of room for everyone! The house is very spacious and on a nice quiet street, while being close to the ocean and to the main street restaurants and shops. We were able to park the car and do a lot of walking. We didn't do any cooking in the kitchen (although we could have, everything necessary was available). We did, however, use the grill a couple of times, and that was nice option to have. Our dog enjoyed the yard and the neighboring streets for walks. If you're looking for a quiet, convenient location in a comfortable setting, this house is a very nice option.

I needed a weekend getaway and found this cottage on Cape Cod in Yarmouth on this web site. I was so comfortable for my weekend stay and was able to get my fill of quiet time and good food at nearby restaurants. This cottage is at the end of a cul de sac and very quiet. I was able to walk to the beach every day as well as walk to restaurants and stores for whatever I needed. I was close to many visitor entertainment locations and many great restaurants. There is a lot of room to accommodate a family or group of friends but I felt comfortable staying here by myself for a quiet weekend. This cottage was clean and nicely decorated to give me that "Cape Cod" experience. I will definitely return!!!

We have been on vacation to this home several times. It is a great spot for children. The house has a private yard and is located at the end of a dead end street. We can feel comfortable letting our three-year-old daughter ride her bike in the road since there is no traffic whatsoever. The house is very comfortable and roomy giving everyone the space they need. You cannot beat the location since it is close to the best beaches in South Yarmouth along with lots of family activities and great restaurants. Large grocery stores and several pharmacies are all within a stone's throw of the house as well. If you are looking for family fun accompanied by convenience, this is your spot!!

We decided to combine business and pleasure and rented this charming home for the week. It was perfect - a lovely yard on a dead end street, comfortable furnishings, plenty of room (especially since there were 5 adults), close to the beach, and very relaxing. It was a wonderful week and we are planning a return this year! Highly recommended.
