Swings in the backyard. Spacious new deck and outdoor shower. House is a short stroll away from conservation land as well as Mill Pond. Just off 6A for quick access to some of the Cape's finest bayside beaches, playground, golfing, dining, shopping and theatre.
Distance to beach: approximately 2 miles to Gray’s, 3 miles to Mayflower.

Second floor has two oversized bedrooms. One has a king bed and the other has 3 twin beds. There is a full bath on the second floor as well.
