We also provide a boat mooring for a up to a 28' boat. A public boat launch is within 1500 yarsd. So, if sailing or boating is part of your agenda, just walk down the stairs to the water and climb aboard! We also provide kayaks, bicycles and yard games for outdoor entertainment.

The interior of the home is a designer's dream canvas. The kitchen is a ''gourmet cooks experience.'' The eat-in island seats 8 with addional seating for 6. It features a commercial Viking stove and Sub Zero appliances. The dining room can seat up to 16 quests. There is also outdoor dining that will seat up to 18 guests.The family/entertainment room is 22'x 32' and features a full bar and 60'' TV. A complete integrated sound system throughout the entire first floor and outdoors. The living room and dining room both have gas fireplaces, and the decor is resort style throughout. All of the 7 bedrooms boast ''Hotel Style'' bedding and plush mattresses. 4 out of the 7 bedrooms have water views, 3 with balconies and outdoor sitting areas. There is also a apartment above the detached garage with balcony and water veiws which will accomodate 3-4 additional guests. It has 2 twin beds and a full size pullout sofa. Full bath and kitchenette. This can be added for a additional rate if required.

We are only minutes from Cape Cod's great golf courses. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance. Parasailing, jetskis and watersports are only minutes away at Cape Cod's famous Seagull Beach. Mini golf, Zooquarium, go carts and driving range will keep everybody happily occupied. We also have a fitness room with a universal station, treadmill, Bow Flex and stationary bicycle.

We also provide additional accommodations at our Parkers River Resort Motel within 1 mile.

All major transportation is within 3 miles. Boston's Logan International Airport is less than 2 hours away and Barnstable County Airport is only 5 minutes away. So, whether family, friends or colleagues are coming from all over, there is something for everyone.
