There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom on the main floor, and a 4th bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom on the lower level. The upper level has a deck off the family room that overlooks the water and the pool. The lower level walks out to the pool, and has a second family room. It has Dish Network, washer&dryer, air conditioning, piano, full kitchen, propane grill etc. all the conveniences of home!
