Large comfortable home near Seagull Beach

We are 2 families that rented this comfortable vacation home on the Cape. It was a great, clean house with a large deck and private backyard. There was plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was close to beaches, golf courses, mini golf, restaurants and everything we needed to make our vacation great! We would definitely recommend staying here!

This was our second summer renting from Jim and Adele and the house has been a perfect fit for our extended family stays! The spacious kitchen, dining room, and back deck provide plenty of space to gather at home. The location provides wonderful access to Seagull Beach as well as great restaurants and fun activities for the kids! We hope to be back next summer!!

Beautiful home in great location. Quiet neighborhood setting. We walked to Seagull Beach -about 1.5-2 miles. Home had everything we needed for an extended family vacation - big deck, nicely equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, sunroom. First floor bed/bath perfect for our older family members. Host were great to work with & we would strongly recommend this home to family and friends!

We had a great time. This house was big enough for all 11 family members! The house is close to many restaurants and stores. When we first arrived we noticed there was no propane. I contacted Jim and within hours we had a full tank. Very accommodating owners. Very clean when we arrived. We would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed the house with our family. The Cape has been our vacation destination for over 30 years and the Dennis/Yarmouth region is our favorite spot. This year our two oldest grandchildren and our son joined us for vacation and we needed a larger house to meet our needs. This property was perfect with the large spacious rooms. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation. It is close to the beach, restaurants and many family oriented activities.

The home owners are extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any issues you may have. It is a beautiful, spacious and relaxing vacation home.

My family decided to vacation in Cape Cod this year and found this gem of a property. The owner was so accommodating and made such we were comfortable. My children love this vacation so much they want to come back next year. Thank you to the owner for making this vacation a one of kind for me and my family. We hope to be back next year.

Our family of 10 has been vacationing together for a week at the Cape for years. This year was one of the most relaxing we can remember. Just what we were looking for with everything so disrupted with Covid19. We spent lots of time on the deck, but also the front porches or hammock. It's such a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything we needed. We dropped off those who wanted to go to the beach, and picked them up when they called. Lots of crispy fried granddaughters, though very happy with the beach.


The house is magnificent, the beds are comfy, and the master suite is a true haven. Everyone loved the outside shower, and the sons-in-law, our master chefs in residence, loved that gas grille, and the fully equipped kitchen. The washer/dryer on the first floor got lots of use with the 10 of us.
What was most wonderful was our interaction with the owners. We cannot thank them enough for allowing us to share this lovely home with our family. It offered just the right respite and togetherness time for a precious family week of making memories.

We love this home! It suited the needs of our family for a second year in a row. It's centrally located to shopping, dining, mini golf and much more. It has all of the comforts of home. Thank you Jim and Adele for your gracious hospitality. We will surely be back!

Spent a wonderful week with extended family at this beautiful home. The house is well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. And is fantastic for a large group of people with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed our time on the outdoor deck and the screened in porch when we had to seek cover from the no see bugs. Such a great space! A well equipped kitchen and a gas grill too. The homeowners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable.

The house is also conveniently located to many great restaurants, grocery and other attractions. We enjoyed our time at Seagull beach which is wonderful for families.

All of this and wonderful homeowners who make sure that you have all you need. Easy to communicate and work with and accessible for questions.

We will be back again next year!

We rented this vacation home from June 27 through July 6, 2019. This home is huge and we were able to have multiple families stay for the time we were there. The kitchen was filled with everything you could think of to use for cooking. There were three full bathrooms with one with a jetted tub which the kids loved to bathe in. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with an adjoining sitting room which is great for reading/quiet time/watching television. All the other bedrooms were also comfortable. The deck was huge and was popular with the adults at night after the little ones were in bed. There is also a "treasure chest" filled with games/toys which the kids absolutely loved! We were there for the 4th of July and drove just a short distance to watch some fantastic fireworks over one of the beaches.

The owner, Jim, graciously allowed us to come two days earlier than our scheduled arrival date as the week before was not booked. We had a few small issues with the house and after alerting Jim to the issues, they were promptly taken care of.

We had a great vacation and would not hesitate to rent this beautiful home again!!

We have been vacationing on the Cape for over 35 years and we have stayed in many different homes. With our growing family, 7 adults and two children ages 3 & 1, this home was a perfect fit for us all. The house was clean, modern and spacious allowing us to have our own privacy when needed. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was in close proximity. This was by far a favorite rental home. We will most certainly be back again!

We had such a lovely time here. We spent a week with my family including my then 3-month-old and the house was perfect. More than enough room for us, my parents, and my in-laws. The master suite was beautiful, and the balcony was so peaceful. The kitchen was huge and easily accommodated everyone. There were enough bedrooms with large beds to accommodate four adult couples and an extra bedroom with two twin beds.

The house is centrally located to many excellent eating establishments as well as a beach. Many mornings we would walk down to the beach. Although it is a good walk, it's a great way to start the day. There are also a number of things to do in the area and a couple grocery stores.

This was such a wonderful vacation and the house was perfect for our first family vacation as it had everything we needed to travel with the little one. Thank you to this wonderful family for opening their home to us!

We have been taking a summer vacation on Cape Cod with our children for over twenty-five years. We have stayed in several homes and in several different towns. We had yet to find that "perfect" home . . . until now.

This property is warm and inviting, has all the conveniences of home, plenty of room (and rooms!) to spread out, and a table large enough to gather around for family dinners. It is clean and very well taken care of, and the owners are exceptional to work with.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood, and has close proximity to the beach. It is a wonderful place to stay. We have definitely found our "perfect" Cape vacation rental home!

Our family has rented this beautiful home for 4 years. We have also rented it in September with our High School friends the past 2 years. There is absolutely nothing negative that we can say about the house. The owners have been great to us....the proximity to the area beaches is great (15 minute drive or less). The size of the house accommodates our family with both the number of bedrooms and the well equipped bathrooms! The kitchen and the dining room areas allow for many cooks in the kitchen and the seating of everybody for meals. Beautiful deck and screened porch to enjoy many Cape Cod evenings. Always looking forward to our summer and fall vacations on the Cape!!!

My wife, my children, grandchildren and I have vacationed in this spectacular home for the past three summers. Everything you would want and more in a vacation rental is included in this property. Above all, the owners are not only wonderful people but extremely accommodating. We all look forward to our weekly stay, as it is the highlight of the year. What could be better than spending precious time with family in a dream home away from home!

This home is not only beautiful, but the owners are warm and caring people. I could go on about how ideal the home is, but the pictures don't lie. This our third year vacationing at this property. The location is perfect, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The house is spacious and very comfortable for a large family. This home is truly a gem!

2015 was our 3rd year staying at this beautiful home in West Yarmouth, Ma. We have been coming to Cape Cod for over 30 years with our children and now our grandchildren. The owners of this home have been more than welcoming and accommodating. The location is perfect for the beach, shopping and restaurants. The home itself, as you can see from the pictures, is absolutely magnificent. Plenty of room for a large family and/or extended families to gather for meals, fun and socializing!!! We definitely plan on returning summer of 2016.

This house is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you could want or need. We have been renting houses on the Cape for 10 years and this is BY FAR the nicest house we have rented and the cleanest!! The location is perfect...close to the beach and RT 28 so everything is minutes away. Instead of looking for something to do after dinner, just sit on the back deck and relax. My kids did not want to leave at the end of the week! Even the shed is stocked with goodies...bikes for kids and adults, umbrella, chairs and more. I can't say enough about this house. We loved it and have finally found the house we will rent over and over and over! And the agent that has the rental is incredible...she is very accessible, addresses questions immediately and makes sure your stay is perfect! We raved so much about this house that our relatives are going to rent it for a week next summer!

My husband & I and our 9 month old twins had the pleasure of staying in your lovely home for 2 weeks - the first with my husband's family and the second with my family. The washer dryer and air conditioning were perfect for our babies. We loved all of the porches you have here and thoroughly enjoyed your deck as we had a delicious clambake in a beautiful setting. We look forward to making many more memories here! Thank you for opening up your home to us.

We have been staying down here at the same house for the past 17 years, and this was the first year that we have stayed somewhere else. We truly felt at home in this wonderful space. The master bedroom suite is very relaxing. We loved learning about Ireland, too! We look forward to future trips down here. Thank you!

Your house is beautiful! The last 3 years our family stayed in what we thought was ideal, until this year. We treated your home like it was ours. The grandchildren were very respectful of your property. We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed every aspect of our vacation. We only wished the week didn't go by so fast. I am delighted to be the first to write in this book. My friends and I have been coming to the Cape for years. Our agent has always found us lovely places to stay- but as I told her, she has outdone herself this year!!

Your home is lovely, and we are so grateful for your hospitality. We play golf- but even on the two days of rain, we were content to be in this warm and comfortable home with it's many gracious rooms,its several porches and decks- all making it a wonderful week.
