The 3 bedrooms sleep 6. 1 queen, 2 twins and 2 twins. full bath. There is a large yard with an outdoor shower, covered patio, and a gas grill, Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is less than 1/4 mile to Parkers River Beach.

Parkers Rivers Beach has a children's play area, snack bar, and facilities. Just 1/2 mile down the shoreline is Bass River/Smugglers Beach, also with snack bar, facilities, a boat launch and large fishing pier. Between the two beaches, jet ski, Banana boat, and parasailing rentals are available.
If you choose to leave the peace and quiet of this neighborhood, within one mile you will find a variety of restaurants, from fine dining to fast food, a driving range, batting cages, mini golf, ice cream shoppes, arcade, CVS, shopping and so much more!

You are just minutes to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and whale watching ferries.

    What a perfect vacation home!

    We were just thrilled with this cottage. It was one of the best we had rented over the 30+ years we have been coming to the Cape. My husband walked to the beach every morning (before I got up) and we loved how close all of the beaches were to us. It was a very quiet neighborhood which we liked, and close to everything including groceries. I give this rental 5 stars! Susie

    This home is all that is listed and more. We had every meal that we had at home either at the covered patio or the picnic table. Very comfortable feeling from the moment we opened the door.

    Owner (Carol) very responsive to any inquires we had. Would love to be a repeat customer. Yard was great for young children, and plenty of space for them to run around. Very quiet family neighborhood

    House was very clean, beds had great mattresses, and the couches and chairs in the living room were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the backyard has both a picnic table and a table in a covered patio so we could eat outside rain or shine. Definitely recommend this property - 5+++stars!

    This was a great little place! It was clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable, laid back, no hassle vacation, which I love!! Easily accommodated the 6 of us with plenty of personal space. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach! Two thumbs up!

    Very nice house!

    This beautiful cape is in a great shape. It is well equipped and has everything a vacationer needs. Beach, mini golf, supermarket are all within walking distance. We rode bikes right from the house and visited other neighborhoods and areas of Cape Cod. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

    Wonderful stay!

    Wonderful stay in this clean, cozy Cape cottage! The kitchen was well equipped, the AC's worked great and we enjoyed the new bathroom! Easy walk to both Parker River and Smuggler's beaches. We look forward to going back!

    Excellent!

    The property is clean and well-maintained with a brand new bathroom. Every room has an AC, perfect for hot nights. The house is near the beach, only a few minutes walk. Our family had a great time, and we recommend it to everyone.

    Our family stayed in this sweet, immaculately clean Cape house and LOVED it!! It is within walking distance to the beach and had every amenity imaginable! It is a well maintained cottage in a nice neighborhood, centrally located, near the beach and with a great yard!!!
