This six bedroom compound accommodates up to 12 comfortably. Plenty of room to separate indoors when needed and come together out doors. The entire duplex consists of two cottages side by side with a 3rd studio conjoined with 42 side also consisting of 2 bedrooms. Great for large or multi families looking to vacation together.
42 side has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 modern full bathrooms with tubs, a full kitchen and a kitchenette with a small fridge and a microwave oven. New deck (2022) with gas grill. Driveway on 42 side has enough room to park a small boat allowing you to take advantage of the boat ramp 0.6 mile from the cottage.
44 side has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a large living room, full modern bath room with tub and a patio with a gas grill. Other amenities include a total of 3 flat screen cable TV's and Wi-Fi. All mattresses have been replaced. Three bed rooms have 2 twin beds. Two bedrooms have a double and one bed room has a queen. If needed push two twins together to make a king.
Located in a quiet neighborhood between several beautiful beaches and all the fun attractions Rt. 28 has to offer. Pirates cove, Skull Island w/ arcade, batting cages, water park, several ice cream parlors, Caffe Gelato Bertini, two mouth watering bakeries along with so many of the best restaurants on the cape. Cottage was purchased in 2015. Deck build in late spring 2022 with New patio couch 2022, Hot water heater 2022, farm house door to connect 42-44 through both living rooms 2022, New Refrigerator 42 side 2022, New Anderson windows throughout cottage installed 2021. Gas grill for 42 side late fall 21, New Mannington floors for both Lg Kitchens 2020, New refrigerator replaced on 44 side 2020, Propane fire pit new 2018. Small coolers, 6 new beach chairs (23) plus 3 others in good condition, sand toys, and 3 beach buggies for walking all your gear to the beach are provided. Children's wagon that seats 2 purchased 2017, Beautiful out door shower built in 2015. Plenty of board games for added family fun. Outdoor seating/tables to accommodate a large crowd.

Smugglers Beach/ Bass River Beach .05 miles from cottage (voted one of the top ten Beaches on Cape Cod out of nearly 100 By Tom Brosnahan from the New England Travel Planner ) is a spacious beach that has a bath house, boat trailer park, fishing deck, and a lg parking area. South Middle Beach is also with in walking distance (parking is for residents only) we enjoy walking through the pine trees to discover the beach. Another favorite beach is Parker's River Beach which is 0.8 from the cottage this beach is long and narrow but has a great playground. We tend to visit this beach at night after getting diner or Ice cream at The Skipper Chowder House across the street on Shore Drive. Sea view Beach has Picnic area, Wilbar Park Beach is great for children to find shells with nets. Small beach gets smaller as the tide comes in. read more show less
