The changing of the tides offers access to clam flats, boating, sand bars, fishing and other activities. Sandy Neck is only a short boat ride away and offers substantial fun for beachcombers. Fresh seafood and restaurants are within walking distance. The harbor also offers whale watching and charter fishing. The home offers four bedrooms, with two queen beds and 4 twin beds. There is a back patio for cookouts. The house has a washer, dryer, microwave and coffee-maker. The house offers a TV, with cable. There is an enclosed outside shower and two newly renovated bathrooms. All bed linens are provided as well as bath towels and beach towels. The house offers central A/C and wireless internet access. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Wonderful shopping is available on Route 6A, including gift shops, antique stores and museums. There are tennis courts and golf courses within a short drive, including 2-3 par 3 courses. Hyannis is only a 10 minute ride and offers gift shops, miniature golf, restaurants, candy stores and clothing stores. The Four Seas Ice Cream shop is only 10 minutes away and is often ranked as one of the top parlors on the East Coast. Just around the corner from Four Seas is the Centerville Country Store filled with penny candy and gifts. Chatham, Falmouth and Provincetown are all known as great shopping locations. There are numerous biking trails on the Cape. The Hyannis Airport is also just a short drive from the property. |
