Home built on large wooded lot, abutting the scenic (paved) Cape Cod bike path connecting Dennis to Chatham. Across street is non swimming conservation pond/watershed land for added privacy. Front + rear decks. Easy 6 minute drive to popular beach on Nantucket Sound. We're just over the Chatham line.
Safe cul-de-sac street for children. Quiet location. Walk/bike to authentic Tuscan bistro a few blocks away, as well as pizza and seafood!
Nicely furnished, plenty of space. Master bedroom on main floor. Open kitchen/living great room w/ fireplace. Additional large finished family room/teen hideaway with 27'' tv, vcr + CD stereo.
6 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. (No basement bedrooms)
Air conditioning in master bedroom + 2 upstairs bedrooms. WIFI internet, too.

Cable TV. 32'' stereo TV w/ DVD/VCR combo...in living room + 27'' TV VCR in family room. 19'' TV w/ VCR upstairs. Master bedroom w/ queen bed on main floor. Other main floor bedroom has 2 twins. Also, (4) upstairs bedrooms with 1 queen bed, 6 twins.
