Lovely ranch-style home just 3 minute walk to private beach in exclusive East Sandwich. Quiet neighborhood home away from the traffic has deeded rights to private Scorton Shores beach. From the beach you can walk all the way to Sandwich or Sandy Neck. Off 6A near the Great Marsh. Walk down the lane to the beach for coffee in the morning. Two bedrooms and bath on first floor. There is a large master suite w/bath above the garage for kids or 2nd couple. Enjoy a roaring fire on cool evenings. A large back yard deck and lawn lead to beautiful wooded area. The large kitchen is beautifully remodeled and the remainder of the home was completely redecorated in April, 2006. You will love this vacation home!
