Property ID# 11097 in Barnstable, Cummaquid Barnstable Info and area map

This classic and comfortable house was built in 1947 by a lobster man.
Now completely renovated and re-furnished, surrounded by tall trees, expansive gardens and rolling lawns, it connects the past with the present: art in the gardens, seclusion and privacy in the back, and historic route 6a near the front lawns.

The living & dining room (table for six) has great views on both sides, fireplace, high speed internet, artworks, DVD, TV, etc. In the kitchen old fashioned cabinets combine with new appliances, fine woodwork and bright walls. A breakfast table for three and more garden vistas make you feel right at home.

Each bedroom has its' own character, one with a hand-painted alcove and a single that can be extended into a large king-size, and the master bedroom with charming french wallpaper, surrounds you with 4 windows. Each room with AC unit.

The adjacent studio with own entrance, small kitchen and shower/bath is ideal for younger guests, or for extra privacy.
