The original, award-winning design features a classic exterior and a light, airy interior. The living room, dining room, and kitchen form a ''great room'' with a cathedral ceiling lit from above by a ventilating cupola. A sunroom, den, screened porch, and deck provide additional indoor and outdoor living areas. Many windows, careful layout, and an elevated location contribute to excellent cross-ventilation in the summer; a gas furnace and storm windows provide comfort in cooler weater.
Located on a large, wooded lot on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Old King's Highway Historic District; within easy drive of the charming villages of Barnstable and West Barnstable; convenient to shopping, excellent restaurants, and beaches.
