This house is more beautiful than the pictures. The house has 4 to 6 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, large front to back living room with fireplace, separate dining room and large eat-in kitchen. Beautiful hardwood floors and tile throughout.

The main floor has 2 bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, living room with fireplace and large separate dining room.The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, silestone counters & a beautiful center island. Sit on the deck off the living room and enjoy reading or just relax on the outdoor furniture.
The walk-out level has 2 bedrooms, full bath with stand up shower, washer/dryer and large sitting area with bar. Walk out to the large patio after refreshing your drink at the bar. Grill on the gas and/or charcoal grills located on the patio.
If you enjoy history you'll enjoy staying at ''The So Nice House'', conveniently located only minutes to Sandwich Village or drive twenty minutes on Route 3 or 3A to Plymouth. Explore Sagamore Hill while staying here. You don't have to fight the Sagamore Rotary anymore, new interchange makes it easy to drive to the house. Walk to canal and enjoy biking, roller-blading or bring your fishing pole and enjoy some fishing, fresh or saltwater. If you truly want a relaxing vacation this home is for you.

"This property is everything you read about and more! It is very, very spacious - enough room for our party of 7 to be together when we wanted but also allowed for tired grandparents to disappear when needed. It was extremely clean and offered every amenity needed for a perfect family vacation at the beach! Ellen and John bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable and truthfully saved our family vacation with their kindness and gracious use of the "so nice house"."

What an amazing vacation! This house has every amenity and luxury we could have asked for. It was spacious enough to comfortably house 6 teenagers and 7 adults and made for a fabulous family reunion destination. The kitchen is fully stocked and large enough for us all to enjoy our pancake breakfasts and family suppers. The beds are divine and we loved not having to bring our own linens. The many living areas and decks gave everyone the quiet or social space they needed. The location is supberb. We had easy access to beaches and activities for the kids, and loved the short walk to the Cape Cod Canal.

Thank you very much for the rental of your house Mr. and Mrs. Smith. It was a very nice place. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was close to the beach. The grounds were kept up and the house was comfortable, spacious, clean and relaxing.
I enjoyed my stay there and will make it a point to try and rent this place again. Plan on hearing from me again, Judy.......
