Truro Info
North Truro bright, sunny, newly built house on a sloping wooded lot. The property consists of two separate buildings – an 1,800 square foot three bedroom house (with central air conditioning) and a 800 square foot cottage. In the house each bedroom has a king sized bed and a private bathroom - the master bedroom also has a private deck. The living space of the house has an open floor plan in which double sliding glass doors open up to a large screened porch to make the space larger. The cottage has an upper level with a small work in kitchen (stove & refrigerator) and a wraparound deck and a bedroom on the level below. Each building has cable and a sound system (along with a DVD/CD player), an outdoor shower and an outdoor gas grill. The main house has a dishwasher, Internet access and a clothes washer and dryer in the basement. The main house has a dining room table that seats 8+, with a kitchen bar that seats an additional 6+, with an additional table in the screened porch.
