The first floor includes one double size bedroom, one queen size bedroom, two full baths, living room with fireplace, large kitchen with dining area and access to the mahogany deck.
On the second floor you’ll find one twin bedroom and one queen size bedroom, a “great” room with four single beds, fireplace, full bath, and separate laundry area.
Relax on the large mahogany deck with many chairs, lounges, and tables. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy evening cocktails on the second floor balcony as you look out at the beautiful water views. Or simply enjoy the expansive, private yard with hammock and three high-flying swings.
The private beach is 200 yards away and includes a boathouse and beach equipment. It is 1 1/2 miles to Oyster Pond or Lighthouse Beach. 2 miles to downtown Chatham.
