The quiet lane, the light breeze, the water view...
Whenever we arrive at the house, the first thing we do is step onto the deck and look out over the bay. And every time, with just a deep breath, we feel our stress head the way of the wind.
Located in the popular oceanside community of Pochet, this home has something for everyone…
For the extended family: 1.5 acres, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, fresh linens and towels, three separate decks, a new kitchen, a spacious living room, a dining room table for eight, and ample parking.
For the head chef: Our kitchen was recently remodeled with new granite countertops, breakfast island, gas range, microwave, floors and lighting. Because we ourselves are passionate cooks, this kitchen is well-equipped with spices and staple appliances. We even have a Weber grille.
For the romantic: A second-floor master suite, complete with a king bed, a private bath and an ocean view. The first bottle of wine is on us!

For the beach lover: The house is 4/10 mile from Nauset Beach, which The Boston Globe named the best beach for walking in all of New England. This private section of the beach is reserved for Pochet residents and their guests. We provide the beach chairs and towels, and the house has an outdoor shower to wash away the sand.
For the children: The house is on a quiet, dead-end street, so if they’re outside there’s never any concern about traffic. If the kids would rather play inside, the basement is finished and furnished, and complete with board games, a television and a fooseball table. If they accompany you to the beach, we have a range of toys for them to choose from.
For the teenager: high-speed internet access, cable television, DVD and CD players, a hammock on the lawn, and plenty of space to spread out.
The house, the location, the amenities -- perfection! Thank you for sharing it with us. We look forward to returning next summer!
