This unique property is situated on 6.4 secluded acres on a peninsula on Lake Tashmoo. It combines down-island convenience and proximity to restaurants and shopping with plenty of up-island privacy. There is a sandy beach for swimming just a few steps away from the house, a deep water dock (5’ at low tide), and 4 kayaks. Clamming, kayaking, birdwatching, barbequing, swimming, and sunbathing all can be enjoyed right from the property. Miles of country roads and trails for hiking, jogging, mountain biking or strolling are right outside the door. Children will love the nearby working farms with sheep, cows, goats, chickens, and horses. Boaters will love the deep-water dock with easy access to Vineyard Sound and some of the best fishing grounds anywhere.
The house is perfect for entertaining. The eat-in kitchen is well-equipped and the dining room seats 10 comfortably.
