The airy single-level house has a colorful great room with sliding doors to a sun-drenched deck, 3 cozy bedrooms (sleeps 6 comfortably in one queen bed and 4 twin beds), a full bath, spacious porch, and an outdoor private shower with hot and cold water. Full use of tennis courts (2 all weather, 2 clay), tennis backboard, basketball court, kids' (both young and old) playground and a boat launching ramp. Wonderful area for walking, jogging and biking. Great sailing and fishing from the property. All of this nestled in Scraggy Neck, a gated homeowner’s community. Guests describe this as ''a little slice of heaven.''
