Private home in Brewster abutting the state park. 1.25 miles to quiet Crosby Beach (we ride bikes there), a short walk (1/3 mile) to Cliff Pond, a large kettle pond (sandy bottom) in the park. Great walking and biking trails 200 feet from the front door. Something for everyone. Fishing, biking, swimming and bird watching are a stone's throw away at Nickerson State Park. This house is big enough for everyone, with an open floor plan for living and dining rooms, with a huge deck off the dining room and kitchen. It conveniently sleeps ten with 2 queen bedrooms, 2 twin beds in the loft and 2 twins in the private ''suite'' with bathroom, plus a serta queen sleeper sofa in the lower level family room (with foozball table). This vacation house is close to the beach but away from the bustle, nestled in the park on a dead-end street. For more pictures, see

We would consider this for the right person, most likely someone involved with local schools, with references, and a two month security deposit. September to May. Price would be $900 per month plus utilities. Special arrangements can be made for June for teachers.
There is a bedroom and a full bath (shower stall) on the 1st floor. There are two total steps from the outside into the house.

Your bikes can stay in the garage so they're easy to get to and stay dry! Please, no pets or smoking! We use a great rental agency to ensure your vacation is trouble free. Although there are 3 official bedrooms, the loft is private and has a very large closet and 2 twin beds. It's counted as a bedroom here. There is a large air condition in the loft that covers the loft, living room, dining room, and some of the kitchen. Since we're next to the park and with trees on all sides, you'll rarely need the A/C. Enjoy the fresh air! For weeks during Labor Day week, May, early June, or September, please email if you'd like to stay less than a week. Please check the website for available weeks.
