We are offering our 5 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom summer home for rent for the summer of 2008. This home has been in our family for over 25 years. Our children are older now and we have plans to travel to Europe this summer so after much consideration we have come to the decision that it's best to let others enjoy our home on Cape Cod. The house is located in Megansett, which is a highly sought after summer destination on Cape Cod. Megansett is located in North Falmouth, MA. The house is located a 5-minute walk to Megansett Beach (lifeguards). Megansett has a shallow bottom excellent for children, with no tide surges or large waves. The beach is excellent for kayaking, sailing, and watersports. The house is a short drive or bike-ride to Old Silver Beach.
