This 10 year old cottage is located in the quiet village of Cotuit on the warm water side of
Cape Cod. The village has a 100 year old convenience store, a beautiful library, a small
breakfast and lunch restaurant, and an evening watering hole. There are no main
thoroughfares running through town, so it is rather quiet. The cottage is only a short walk to
the Cotuit Kettliers Cape Cod baseball field, a short bike ride (0.5 to 1.5 miles) to 3 beaches.
If you wish to venture out, there are over 50 restaurants and 15 golf courses within a 10 mile
radius. A beach pass to all Barnstable beaches is included in the cost ($100 if you have to
purchase one). On rainy days, the Mashpee Commons, Main Street Hyannis and the Cape
Cod Mall are only a short drive. The spring and fall ocean fishing are outstanding and there
are plenty of stocked ponds and lakes in the area.

LONG-TERM RENTAL (1 month or more)
November 1 to May 31 rental is available on a monthly basis for $1400 per month including heat and power. A $400 damage deposit will be required for monthly rental.
