ideally located about 1/2 mile from the ocean. It is close to the Sconset beach, Sankaty
and Siasconset golf courses, the S'conset Casino (tennis), and the Village market. Movies are shown to the public in July and August at the Sconset Casino.
The property is secluded and lies on a half acre with an extensive lawn area. It is ideal for children, and because of the long/divided nature of the house is suitable also for two small families or two couples.
