It is just inland (west) of the waters of Nantucket Sound (ocean). Its unique contemporary design is on three levels, consisting of five bedrooms. It has a ''wrap around'' deck with a main outdoor deck extending from the family room. The design is one of a kind with unique features on the interior that resemble the bridge of a ship. When it was built, the architect Claude Miquelle lived there for ten years and the design was featured in magazines for it's architectural design.
