This our permanent residence that we rent when we are off-island visiting our many grandchildren. We ask you not smoke.
1,500 sq. ft. of living space. Open floor plan including a spacious family room with vaulted ceiling and eating area separated by french doors to a formal living room. Fully applianced (washer & dryer, compactor, disposal, dishwasher, microwave, double oven) modern kitchen with breakfast bar. 3bedrooms,bath and six sliders to a large 400 ft deck with barbecue. Screened porch and the outdoor shower. Use of any equipment — canoe, bikes, surfboard, windsurfer and tons of kids beach stuff.
Located 1.3 miles from the Chappy Ferry and thus minutes to the the many beaches on Chappy and the shops & restaurants of Edgartown.
