And roomy gets even roomier in 09 as the owner is adding a second floor dormer and fourth bathroom (photos not yet available)! House has central air conditioning. Spacious, private yard features brick patio, outdoor shower, gas grill, large table and chairs. Full playscape for when the kids come off the beach, which is less than two minutes walk across the quiet dead-end neighborhood street.
