This affordable and charming retreat situated on one third of an acre, is within walking distance (6th of a mile)of the beautiful Gulf stream warmed Pleasant Street Beach. It is a short jaunt (3.5 miles) into Chatham's quaint old fashioned downtown, with many boutiques and shops. These adjacent cottages feature the atmosphere of Old Cape Cod. The main house (sleeps 9) has hardwood floors, a master bedroom sunroom, and fireplaced living and dining area. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher as well as a washer-dryer in the basement. The Carriage House (circa 1790)(sleeps 6) takes you back to when times were simpler. The cottage (built in 1850) will charm you with its knotty pine paneling and invites you with its cozy fireplaced open living and dining area. The master bedroom with its queen bed is also located on the first floor. Upstairs in the loft the children will be content in three twin beds. Other amenities include outside showers and barbecue...
