We invite you to relax in our ''dream house'' where you will experience luxury, rest and privacy. The post and beam architecture, harwood floors and wooded, private lot enhance the feel of this natural, ''green'' retreat.
The location is perfect for those who enjoy a natural setting, with almost two acres including deeded rights to Bumps River/Tidal River across the street... which is a Bird Estuary...we encourage you to bring your kayak or canoe. Or, grab your beach towels and bike or drive less than two miles to either the ocean at Dowses beach or Long Beach.
Our two favorite rooms: the gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and endless windows with views of wooded yard. AND, the master suite with vaulted ceiling, private deck to hot tub and outdoor shower, ceiling fan, cable television and beautiful spa like master shower/bath with state-of-the art massage sprays and jets to relax your body.

Centerville offers terrific shopping at Mashpee Commons - ten minutes away or the Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis - fifteen minutes away. In Hyannis - you will find dozens of good restuarants - seafood, ethnic, great breakfasts. Take a trip to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard on the Hy-Line ferry.
Bike quickly to either Dowes beach or Long Beach. Or jump in the car and within ten minutes, arrive at vast and gorgeous Craigville beach.
This is a perfect Old Cape Cod retreat. This home is a ''Green'' house...so if you have any allergens, this is the home for you~

The heart of the new home is light-filled living room, with french doors and lots of large windows, slider to a deck, and this living room boosts a beautiful fieldstone fireplace. Surround sound stereo system.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with all the mordern amenties and appliances. For those who like to grill outside, there is a separate patio with a BBQ grill. The three-season screened porch is off the kitchen and a great place to relax and listen to the birds.
The large master suite has a king bed and is a wonderful retreat unto itself, featuring a hot tub right outside your private deck, tv/dvd player and spa like master bath with separate shower, and antique claw foot tub with for relaxing in a hot soak at the end of the day,twin sinks, large walk in closet.
On the second floor, you will find a sitting room with a full size futon, games, books, and plenty of sun.
Here you find (3) large bedrooms and a full bath, with twin sinks and a shower/tub.
On the lower level, you will find a full basement with it is own private entrance with full windows. The lower level has its own bedroom, with a queen size bed and a twin size bed, a family room with tv/dvd, and a small kitchnette and private bath with shower. Outside the door is another outside shower to shower away the beach sand, and gaze at the stars....Time to book your dream vacation!
