Cotuit Info and area map
Our Cotuit beach house is surrounded by estate properties. Its private location and beach commands the entry channel into Cotuit Bay. It comprises about one acre of fenced in private grounds with a private tidal salt water pond. There is over 180 feet of exclusive private white sandy beachfront. Included are kayaks, a rowboat, sunfish and a guest-use of our local boat mooring. Many families return, year after year. This is our family’s own relaxing fully furnished and decorated second home and you are our guests. Kick off your shoes - sandy feet are welcome in the Beach House.
