Year round Centerville, Massachusetts (Cape Cod) residence. 1/3 mile walk to Craigville Beach. 3 blocks to fresh water fishing pond. Very clean, (newer/1980) ranch-style home with all the amenities including deck off ktchen, central air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace stove, etc. on a quiet cul-de-sac. Walk to nearby Craigville Village. Approximately 2 1/2 miles to Hyannis Center and 1 1/2 miles to Kennedy Compound. Close to Cape Cod League Baseball stadium. Nice backyard suitable for games, children, etc. Bicycles and beach chairs & umbrella available for use. Wonderful biking trails a short distance. Very nice off-season with easy access to Cape Cod Mall, shopping, dining and movie theaters. House is modern and very well kept. Has only been used as a family vacation home. Kids now in college!
