With new bathrooms, refinished hardwood floors throughout, artisan-level paint job and new furniture, the main house, with its separate dining room, sunroom, living room and four bedrooms, just sparkles. Over the two-car garage is a comfortable renovated one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen of all-new appliances, including dishwasher. It's perfect for an au pair or guest accommodation or getting privacy for (and from)the teenagers. Main house sleeps 8 in four bedrooms, apartment: 2 in one bedroom and 2 on convertible sofa.
