Enjoy the stunning sunrises and the spectacular views of Buzzards Bay. On a clear day you can see Woods Hole from this beautiful, fully updated Cape/colonial family home. Go clamming and fishing just a doorstop away. Mooring available for power or sail boat right out in front.
There are three bedrooms and a large modern bath with a laundry room on the second floor. The first floor has a large living room with a huge bay window overlooking the private beach. The dining area has a large pine dining table that can easily accommodate 8 people comfortably. The fully equipped knotty pine kitchen has a new smooth top range, a refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher and garbage disposer - perfect for entertaining! There is a lavatory and vanity on the first floor also and an outdoor shower which is great for coming off the beach.

Hamilton Beach in Wareham is 55 miles from Boston, about 180 miles from NYC and 40 miles from Providence.
And the best part of all is ''no bridge traffic''! Wareham is on Buzzards Bay before you reach the Bourne Bridge on the west end of the Cape Cod Canal. How nice is that!
The Wareham area is very convenient to various shopping centers, outlet malls, movie theatres, restaurants and entertainment activities for children and historic sites for adults.
