This house has been in our family for 42 years and has been cared for with love. There is fresh paint and hardwood pine floors. The pine-paneled great room is bright and airy and has comfortable rattan furniture and a TV (with cable); the master bedroom has a queen bed, and there are twin beds-two each-in the remaining two bedrooms. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and new black-out blinds. The butcher block dining room table seats eight and is a perfect place to watch the sun set over the ocean. The deck which overlooks Mill Pond has comfortable chairs, a table that seats eight, and a gas grill. When your return from the beach, you can relax in the private outdoor shower. This is a wonderful beach house in the summer and a special place to enjoy Cape Cod's fabulous uncrowded fall season. |
