Located on the ocean side of Provincetown, this sleek contemporary, on nearly an acre of land offers peace and privacy while being only a 12 minute walk to the town center. The home sits on the top of a dune that overlooks the town's steeples, rooftops, and the Provincetown Monument. A perfect location for an intimate wedding.
The first floor includes three bedrooms including the master with a private deck, laundry, a den with 42'' plasma TV and surround sound (a great selection of DVDs) and a full bath.
The second floor opens to an airy and spacious living/dining room. It also includes a contemporary cook's kitchen complete with soapstone countertops, TV and breakfast nook. There is one bedroom with great light and deck access and a full, spacious bath.
The home has central air conditioning and all rooms and the decks are wired with individually controlled stereo speakers. There are four bikes with locks available for guests.
