Off-season rental is possible from October through May at $3,000 weekly (with a discount for long-term contracts).
Wheelchair access to front door, but wheelchair would have to be lifted over 6" threshold. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with stall showers are on the first floor along with the living room, great room, kitchen, dining room.

The house stretches about 100 feet along the top of the dune, with water views from large 5' or 6' windows/sliders in every room. Two separate three-story sections on each end have separate stairways for maximum privacy for large families. |
