Sailboats float by as you eat breakfast and kayakers skim across the tidal channels as the sun sets over the cove.Watch as the tides rise and fall over 12 feet every day, the views are ever-changing and always amazing. 1960's construction places this home at the water's edge, much closer than a house built today. Want to play golf, or take tennis or sailing lessons?
The Chequessett Country Club is 1/4 mile down the road in one direction. Want to hike on a National Seashore trail around Great Island? The entrance is 5 minutes in the other direction. One of Wellfleet's nicest beaches, Duck Harbor, is just a few minute bike ride. Town and the pier are less than 2 miles away. It doesn't get better than this.
