Walking through the front door you enter the sunny, window-filled, 28 foot-wide porch, a great place to enjoy coffee, cocktails, or just the island breezes on warm summer evenings. You then enter the large living room that flows into dining room that is highlighted by a wood-burning fireplace. Behind the dining room is a newly-remodeled kitchen with a gas range, Silestone countertops and a large breakfast bar. The main level also features 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full baths. Added in 2008 is a lovely outdoor shower.

The lower level is home to four additional sleeping rooms featuring bright pastel colors and neutral berber carpeting. The lower level also contains the laundry room, one full bath with two sinks and pocket doors, and one half bath. The deep window wells let in a large amount of light and air. Kids especially will like the subterranean feel of the lower level.
ACK Bound also has easy access to bike paths (only one block from the Madaket and Dionis bike path) and is two blocks to the Maria Mitchell house.
