Enjoy lazy summer days in the sun or long walks on the famous Brewster salt flats as the tide moves out. The home sleeps eight people comfortably in four private bedrooms. There is one double bed, one queen bed, one king bed, two twin beds, and a crib for those in need, all with new mattresses. The living room, kitchen and eating area are wide open for entertaining and relaxing. The home features a fully-equipped kitchen, two full baths, a dining area for 8 opening to a private deck with table and chairs overlooking a large backyard, and lots of charm. Amenities include stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer/dryer, 4 cable TVs, VCR/DVD, CD player, an outdoor shower, a large walk out unfinished basement playroom with games & activities.
