Full cable televisions on both levels to keep up on the Sox! This family home has two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a stand up shower as well as an outside shower. Enjoy outdoor grilling where everyone can sit on the deck! Great sized lawn and nice views of Cape Cod Bay and the tidal marsh. Walk less than 1/2 mile to Town Neck Beach to sit and enjoy one of the best Sandwich beaches during the day or take a quick stroll to one of only Oceanfront restaurant on Cape Cod Bay. The spiral staircase off of the kitchen leads to 3 bedrooms, a full bath and a loft with a balcony to watch the ships go through the Canal. Pets allowed with permission.
