This bright house combines Nantucket Beach decor with desirable modern amenities - wireless internet access, HD flat screen TV, full sized washer and dryer, gas grill, and private enclosed outdoor shower.The first floor contains a family living area with lots of seating, flat screen TV, stereo, and a dining table. A large wall of windows provides wonderfull distant water views and lots of bright sunshine. Adjacent to this room is the kitchen with fully updated appliances. Also located on the first floor is a bedroom with a queen poster bed and a private full bathroom. An additional bedroom is located down the hallway with a twin bed. There is a full guest bathroom, closet with washer and dryer, and large storage closet also located off this hallway. The outdoor shower is conveniently located at the back door of the first floor. A southernly facing outdoor deck located off the living room allows easy access to the kitchen and lots of outdoor dining opportunity. A stairway leads to the second floor, which provides a full sized bathroom shared by two bedrooms also decorated with Nantucket character. One bedroom with a twin bed provides westerly ocean views. The other upstairs bedroom contains a queen sized bed and large sitting area - and panoramic water views. Rental fee includes cleaning.
Please note: This property can be rented in conjunction with 44 Nonantum (''SURF'') to provide a private family compound with 7 total bedrooms that sleep 12.
