An ideal setting less than 100 yards to Bass River (salt water) an additional 1/2 mile to historic Windmill Beach (ideal for seniors and children). Another 1/2 mile is a large public beach Smugglers/South Yarmouth Beach with full facilities. Restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, batting cages and historical sites all within 1/2 mile. Forty five holes of great golf within a couple of miles. Something to satisfy everyone's desires. Meticulous manicured ground in a very relaxing setting promoting outside activities.
