Under a five minute walk to the private beach or walk a few more minutes and enjoy Phinney's Harbor beach. The house is about 2100 sq. ft and can sleep 8. It has a huge front farmers porch to curl up and read a good book. The master bedroom on the second floor has a four poster bed and a wall of windows to catch the water views, with an attached bathroom which includes a washer and dryer. The kids suite, also upstairs has two sets of bunk beds and views as well! The first floor is open and great to entertain with a large granite island and gas fireplace. The first floor guest room has a full size four poster bed and there is a first floor den and full bath as well.
