4 bedroom family house on Main St in Cotuit, 5-minute walk to 3 beaches (bikes available). Walk to the library, town dock, Kettleer baseball games, or the Kettle Ho itself. Large front yard (croquet & whiffleball are traditional), fenced back yard for pets, outdoor shower, TV (no cable). Wonderful climbing tree. This is our 2d home, beloved by our extended family; you’ll find many personal touches. Enjoy the view of the boats in Cotuit harbor from our screened porch in the evening.
PS - the dog in the living room is for illustrative purposes; he does not come with the house.
