Be among the first vacationers to enjoy this 2008 built home. The owners live nearby and are happy to help in any way with introductions to charming West Barnstable.
We are absolutely a NON-smoking property and that includes all smoking materials, which includes outside any where on the property!
We offer a complimentary Beach sticker for cars to park at Sandy Neck Beach, and all local Barnstable resident and public beaches and ponds.
There is a 50 inch high definition plasma TV above the fireplace in the living room. The master bedroom has a 26 inch TV and the basement has a 37 inch high definition TV with a Playstation 2 and games. Feel free to bring your own favorite gaming system to play!
There is a well stocked wet bar, including a blender, all the accessories to create the perfect cocktail, along with a built in wine cooler. There is also a BOSE IPOD docking system located here with attachments for any size IPOD!

For walks, nothing beats Sandy Neck, either the beach side or the back trails along the marsh. Really beautiful!
Fishing at the beach is great for surf casting for stripers and blue fish..
Down 6A towards Sandwich about a mile away, is Scorton Creek. Great for kayaking and/or fishing. The creek takes you out to Cape Cod Bay. Really fun and easy family kayaking as you go along with the tide!
For eating, we recommend:
Great take out pizza at Amari's Restaurant along with a complete take out menu. It's also nice for going to dinner. We are only 15 minutes to the Hyannis Mall, where you will find tons of shopping and eating. Hyannis also offers a charming downtown area with good restaurants and on the wharf you will find Ferry boats to the Islands and delicious seafood meals.
We are ten minutes from the highway - Route 6.

homeowner lives next door and is very friendly and helpful.There is a great

"This review may be a little late and we apologize for that but this property
deserves a review. The home and its surroundings are absolutely gorgeous
and a jaw dropper. We vacationed during July '09 and had terrific weather.
Even if weather is not great, the property just seems to cheer you up. Like
stated, pictures do not give this place justice. You need to see it to believe it.
Homeowner’s description is fully accurate of the property. The property is
very well maintained and the owner and family are extremely welcoming and
friendly. If you need anything at all, they are there to assist. The beach is
right down the street which is a huge plus and the view from the top deck
overlooking the ocean is just awesome...Having nice dinner on the deck tops
it off. Unlike other rentals around the cape which can have loud surroundings,
if you step outside you'll actually hear nature and nothing else; it's very
peaceful. Property is in a great location and is just a short car ride to basically
any store or location on the cape. I highly suggest anyone to rent this
property if they want a nice relaxing week. We cannot wait to come back in
July 2010 and are counting down the days. We've each stayed in other homes
around the cape and let’s just say this is the best by far and totally worth it. -
