Relax this summer at our very private 3,500 sf family compound with use of private association beach shared by just 3 homes. Located on 1/2+ acre on a very private cul-de-sac just across the street from spring-fed freshwater Sheep Pond - widely regarded as the cleanest body of water on the Cape. Beautiful public beach and the CCRT bike path are 50 yards away.
The post and beam main house sleeps 8 and has high ceilings, wide plank pine floors, a huge stone fireplace, large deck, new kitchen, air conditioning sauna and outdoor shower.
The guest cottage sleeps up to 4 and has a full kitchen, high ceilings, wide plank pine floors, large deck and air conditioning.
The very private yard is level with a full green lawn.
This was our family's summer house and is being rented for the first time. We love the area so much we now spend summers around the corner directly on Sheep Pond.
