Located on 1/2+ acre on a very private cul-de-sac just across the street from mile long, spring-fed freshwater Sheep Pond - widely regarded as the cleanest body of water on the Cape. Sheep Pond's beautiful pristine white sandy beach and the CCRT bike path are just across the dead end street. Five minute walk down a private dirt road to Long Pond. Quick bike ride or car drive to all bay and ocean beaches.
