The sunroom dazzles in the sunlight and is the perfect spot to end your leisurely day on the Cape. The dining room accommodates 10 and also has views. Upstairs there are 4 large bedrooms (3 have water views) There a two outside balconies off two of the bedrooms. Travertine tile floors and hardwoods are graced with Claire Murray rugs.
The private dock can accommodate a 25' boat. There is also a patio with waterviews.
